1. Make sure you are logged in to your Dashboard. If you are not logged in, click here.
2. Once you are logged in, select the ApexChat option from the Tools menu.
3. Once the ApexChat page loads, click the Sign up today button.
4. Once you have clicked on the Signup today button, you will be directed to try.brightervision.com/live-chat/, where you can learn more and request a demo of the software, as shown here:
5. Once you fill out the form to request a demo, click the Contact Us for a Demo button below and a team member from ApexChat will get back to you.
6. You will finalize your preferences directly with ApexChat. Within a few business days, Brighter Vision will ensure the chat feature is installed on your published website. If your site is not published yet, ApexChat will be added during the publishing process.
