Connecting Facebook to your Social Genie Account

Due to recent Facebook policy changes, third-party applications, like Social Genie, Can only post directly to Facebook Business pages. If you need to set up a Facebook Business page, here is a great link to get started. 

To get started with connecting your Facebook account to Social Genie, use the drop-down in the top right to navigate to the settings: 

This will load the Account Settings page of Social Genie. Select the "Connect" option for Facebook.

When you click "Connect" under the Facebook icon, a pop-up will appear for you to log in to your Facebook account. When you connect to Facebook through Social Genie, you will be prompted to choose which Business Page you want connected to your Social Genie account, from both Facebook itself and then again on Social Genie. This ensures you're choosing the correct Business Page. Here is the Facebook page selection from Facebook:

Once connected you will receive a verification alert from Social Genie, that looks like this:

After you click "Select Page" your account will be successfully connected
