How to set up Facebook and Instagram with Rallio

Facebook
To connect Rallio to a Facebook account, it must be a Facebook business page.

Once that is complete, in the Rallio Dashboard, click “Connect Now”.


Instagram
The Instagram account must be connected to the Facebook business page. This is doable by the following instructions: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/898752960195806?id=419087378825961

  • Log in to Instagram
  • Click the “Profile” button on the left-hand menu
  • In the “Meta Accounts Center” field on the left-hand menu, click “See More in Accounts Center” as shown in the image below
  • In Profiles, click “Add Accounts.”

  • Add Meta Account
  • Log in to the Facebook user account tied to the business page
  • Choose the Page you’d like to connect to, then tap Connect.

Once those are connected, head back to the Rallio → Settings Tab → Social Profiles → “Connect”; in the Instagram field, go through the prompts.
