Brighter Vision HIPAA Package
Through our business partnership with Hushmail, we can provide our clients with secure email and encrypted contact forms for your "Contact" and "Appointment Request" pages on your Brighter Vision website. The Brighter Vision HIPAA Packages allow you to send/receive email messages, as well as contact forms from your website, that may contain PHI (personal health information) while meeting all of the appropriate HIPAA and PHIPA/PIPEDA requirements respectively.

- BAA - It includes a required Business Associates Agreement (BAA) for secure compliance between you (the client) and Hushmail (the provider).
- Automatic Encryption - Email encryption between user accounts on your domain happens automatically, so you don’t even have to think about it.
- Optional Encryption - When emailing patients and organizations on any other domain, all you need to do is check a simple box before sending to ensure the message is encrypted.
- Email Archiving - It automatically creates a separate archive account that keeps a record of all emails sent or received by all users in your domain, which is essential in case of an audit.
