How will my design team know when I create tasks using BugHerd?

After you have created a new pin in BugHerd, it is automatically saved and sent to your Design Team. We are typically able to get these edits completed for you within two business days.

Once completed, our team will reach out to you via email to let you know your website has been updated.

Please note: If you are moving, changing the status, or commenting on those pins, BugHerd will not notify us in any way. Please make a brand new pin so we get notified.
