I don't have Google Chrome, can I still use BugHerd?
BugHerd is currently supported with most modern browsers but we recommend using Google Chrome. If you do not have Google Chrome installed on your computer, you can install it using the link below:
Note: BugHerd browser extensions are only available for Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Browser extensions require an up-to-date browser.
If you are setting up your BugHerd project, you can click the suggested extension below to access the instructions for your preferred browser.
Once installed visit your Dashboard, here, and try again.
If you continue to have trouble using BugHerd, contact your Design Team for further assistance by logging in to your Dashboard and clicking Contact Us.
