How do I schedule a Design Consultation with my Design Team?

Step 1: To get started you will first need to be logged in to your Dashboard, here.

Step 2: Once you have logged in and are viewing your Dashboard, find the Your Team section and click Contact Us.

*Note: If you have a small browser window or small screen size, this section may be pushed below the Your Tasks section. If you do not see the Your Team section on the right side of the window, be sure to scroll down.

Step 3: Once you have clicked Contact Us, the Meet your design team page will load where you can:

  • Learn more about your team
  • Explore our Support Center
  • Send us a chat / email
  • Schedule a phone call

Step 4: When you click Email us, the Chat feature will open where you can enter your name, your personal email address (so we can get back to you), and your message. 

Step 5: When you click Schedule Call, a prompt will appear and ask you for the reason for your call (so we can be sure to handle your needs quickly and efficiently). 

Step 6: When you click I need to make edits, a button leading to the page editor will appear, where you can select a page and edit the content on your site independently. Or, you can click Still need a phone call? Click here. to set up a call and continue to step 9 of this article.

Step 7: When you click I have a question, a button leading to our Support Center will appear, where you can find answers to questions about your domain name, SEO, and more! Or, you can click Still need a phone call? Click here. to set up a call and continue to step 9 of this article.

Step 8: When you click I need a design consultation or Other, your design team's call calendar will appear where you can select a 15-minute, 30-minute, or 45-minute phone call to speak with a member of your design team.

Step 9: Once you have selected a duration for the call, then a calendar will appear where you can choose the day that will work for you.

Quick Tip! 
If you scroll to the bottom of the calendar, you can select your timezone. This way you are guaranteed the time you are signing up for. If you missed this step, rest assured you can still adjust the timezone in the next step.

Step 10: Once you have selected the day, you can choose the time of your call. This is the time when a member of your Design Team will call you via your preferred phone number then click Next.

Our regular business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday - Friday.

Step 11: Once you have confirmed the time and are on the next window, enter your full name, your email, and the phone number that your design team will use to call you. You may also share anything that will help your team prepare for the phone call in the comment box.

*This step is important and ensures we have your correct contact information.*

Once your contact information is accurate and any notes are added, click the Schedule Event button at the bottom of the window. A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address you entered. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox after several minutes, please check your spam folder.
