How to Set Up Google Search Console

This article will guide you through the process of setting up Google Search console! Please follow the instructions below:

1) First, ensure you are logged in to the same Google account that you used to set up your Google Analytics account. Then, click this link to go to Google Search Console.

2) Click the blue Start Now button.

3) Enter your full website URL into the URL property section on the right hand side of your screen.

• Note**: Include https:// but make sure NOT to type www. 
  • To keep it simple, we recommend copying and pasting a link to your home page in this field! 

4a) If your Google Analytics tracking tag has already been added to your website code, then your Google Search Console property should be automatically verified, and no further actions are required on your end!

4b) Otherwise, if you are prompted to select a Verification method, simply click on the Google Analytics method to immediately verify your Google Search Console property.
