Changing your Passphrase - Hushmail

Note: In order to change your passphrase you will need to know your current passphrase and be able to sign into your account through our webmail interface.

Changing your Passphrase

1. Sign in to your Hushmail account.

2. Go to the Preferences page by clicking the menu in the upper right corner, as shown here:

3. In the Passphrase section (near the center of the page) click the blue Edit button on the right side of your screen, as shown here:

4. Type your current password into the text box that appears, then click the blue Continue button.

5. Type your new password into the next two text boxes that appear, then click the Save button.
